                    Armstrong Auditorium!                     



Five celebrated musicians make up the legendary Canadian Brass offering their own unique blend of virtuosity, spontaneity and humor in concerts, presenting a wide-ranging repertoire spanning five centuries of classical music as well as Dixieland, Latin, jazz, blues, gospel, Broadway, holiday, ragtime and more!  Now in their fourth decade the Quintet maintains an extensive world-wide touring schedule, continues to add to a discography of over 100 albums and to bring innovative and pioneering projects in music education to life! 

The Canadian Brass appeared as guest artists of the Armstrong International Cultural Foundation's Performing Arts Series at Armstrong Auditorium on Thursday, November 7th offering a program suitably titled "Almost Too Serious!" 

Performance Oklahoma rings in the new year with the complete concert including commentary from the stage and from a pre-concert interview with founding member and tuba player Chuck Daellenbach and newest member, trumpeter Caleb Hudson.

Tune in for this special broadcast on Wednesday,  January 1st at 8pm and on Saturday, January 4th at 8am on KCSC/KBCW and at 8pm on KWTU
